We are the Bryn Mawr Strike Collective. We urge you to join the strike, not only in solidarity with Haverford, but to also critically examine our own institution and demand change. We ask you to refrain from: academics (this includes attending class, attending TA & office hours, turning in work, or completing work even if you are not submitting it) -athletics -preregistering for courses -extracurriculars -work (with the exception of white and non-BIPOC dining hall workers, who should continue to go to work so as not to put added stress on the full-time staff but donate their earnings to organizations such) Do not give the college any additional money or energy. We must stand together to emphasize that this racist institution cannot run without the BIPOC labor it has taken advantage of from its very founding.
